Programme description

American Muckrakers PAC II sends political news and fundraising messages about our investigations and accountability work to supporters who have asked to receive them.

Consent

We message you only if you gave prior express written consent — by submitting your number through one of our sign-up forms, or by texting our published keyword to our number. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of donating to or otherwise supporting American Muckrakers PAC II. Consent given for email is not treated as consent for text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with news and campaign activity. Expect roughly 2–6 messages per month, and more around court dates, filings, or deadlines we are covering.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. We do not control and do not reimburse those charges. Check your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. We will send a single confirmation and then stop. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email donors@americanmuckrakers.com.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, coverage, or carrier filtering.
